As some of you are aware has been a slight hiccup with the allocation of Twin Share Rooms at Royal on the Park for this years event. With the help of the hotel we have found a solution which I think is a great out come for all.
If you are having a room to yourself please still book with Royal on the Park. If you have already booked a twin share room then please leave your booking with the hotel. In all honestly if you want a twin share room and haven’t booked yet then I would probably go this way as they are an apartment.
The Brisbane Skytower Apartments is located directly behind the Royal on the Park and will take you less than 5 minutes to walk there. If you want to have 3 to a room they also have 3 bedroom apartments available.
Tariffs are below. The 2 bedroom apartments are the same price as Royal on the Park. Please follow the instructions below to book your room. Better to do this sooner than later.

- The above rates are based on a 3-night minimum stay.
- The rooms are un-serviced.
- Rates are NETT, including WIFI.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30-Day will attract a 1 night cancellation fee per room
- Car Parking: $45 per night, per car (pre-booking is required)

- The rates above are quotations only, and no reservation has been made. Our apartment rates are exempt from GST. Please note that availability is subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment Terms
- Full Payment Due: 30 days before arrival
- Payment Method
- Option 1: We will send a payment link
- Option 2: bank transfer. We will send a pro forma invoice; payment is due 7 days from issuance.
- Credit card transactions.
- VISA and Mastercard - 1.7% service fee.
- American Express - 3% service fee.
- Guests must call our group's reservation line at 07 3051 0226 and mention that they would like to book for the National Master Builders Golf Tournament, as these rates are not available on our website.
- The group team is available from Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM Brisbane Time.
- Guests must provide their stay dates and room type required to check the availability. Please note that the rooms offered above are subject to availability.
- If the requested room type is not listed in the above, the rate we can offer is 13% off our website-advertised rate.
